Free flights offer - Terms & Conditions

The Free Flight offer is available for 2 adults traveling together to either, AMSTERDAM, BARCELONA, DUBLIN, MADRID, PALMA, PARIS, PISA, PRAGUE, ROME, SALZBURG or VENICE when purchasing a minimum of 3 nights accommodation in a shared room at a designated 3, 4 or 5 Star Hotel. Accommodation must be purchased for each night between departure and return dates.

This offer is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over only.

The offer is valid for 12 months from the date of voucher. Travel must be booked and taken within this time.

Employees of Stuart Lawrence Promotions Limited, their family or friends are not eligible for the 2 Free Flights offer.

Flights can be available from Leeds-Bradford, Liverpool, East Midlands, London Stansted, London Gatwick and London Luton dependent on availability, preferred dates of travel and destinations. Other regional airports may be available but may require an additional supplement. Your preferred choice of airport will be subject to availability.

UK and European Air Passenger duty plus any airport taxes applicable must be paid at the time of booking. The total of duties and taxes will be a minimum of £20 per person.

The offer is available when Stuart Lawrence Promotions Ltd have received a 1st and 2nd choice of dates and destinations by post at least 45 days prior to travel to Free Flights Offer, Stuart Lawrence Promotions Limited, John Swift Building, 19 Mason Street, Manchester M4 5FT.

There is no booking fee.

Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Stuart Lawrence Promotions Ltd accepts no responsibility for any voucher or offer lost or delayed in the post.

Stuart Lawrence Promotions Ltd will respond within 35 days of receipt of request.

If your choice of date or destination is not available an alternative will be offered.

Stuart Lawrence Promotions Ltd cannot process more than one voucher request per customer and no alternatives can be offered to our suggested itinerary.

For all foreign travel a full current passport is required and it is the customers' responsibility to obtain all necessary paperwork prior to travel.

Adequate travel insurance is required at time of travel.

Final confirmation of travel will be made on receipt of full payment. Credit card payments will carry a 2% approximate charge.

No changes may be made once the booking has been confirmed. Cancellation charges will apply and may be up to the full amount.

The terms and conditions of the travel agent, tour operator and airline involved will apply. These are available on request and will be supplied automatically on booking.

Bookings can only be secured on receipt of full payment. Neither flight seats nor hotel accommodation can be held until such payment is made.

Stuart Lawrence Promotions Ltd cannot guarantee prices quoted until time of booking and all requests and reservations are subject to availability.

Stuart Lawrence Promotions cannot be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes or destinations and reserve the right to use alternative suppliers. Stuart Lawrence Promotions Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this offer without notice in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or similar event.

The offer is not available for travel encompassing Public Holidays in the UK.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This offer is non transferable, for sale or resale or redeemable for cash. Cash value 0.001p.

Lost, stolen or defaced vouchers cannot be replaced.

Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so on, complete acceptance of the terms and conditions.

No photocopies of the voucher will be accepted.

Stuart Lawrence Promotions Limited will be bound to honor the voucher presented by Flowers Direct Customers. Orders will be fulfilled within 35 days of receipt. All flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking.
